Beginning today, a new level in our ‘La grammatica ascoltata’ (Grammar, listened to) series of ‘grammar listenings’.
They’re especially written by our professional Italian teachers to help you learn or revise every aspect of Italian grammar, one day at a time!
And they’re absolutely free, so spread the word…
The focus for the next three weeks or so will be pronouns – all the different types, one form at a time, in context so you can begin to get them straight in your head!
See what’s coming on the B1 – Intermediate page.
Or go straight to today’s exercise on pronomi dimostrativi.
(Previous ‘grammar listenings’ from the ‘La grammatica ascoltata’ series can be found on the A1 Beginner-Elementary and the A2 Pre-Intermediate pages of our site, so if you’re new around here, those would be good places to begin too!)
P.S.
If your level is B1 – Intermediate, or thereabouts, you might be interested in that level of our ‘Italian self-study’ series of e-books Italian Workout! Click on the cover image in our online shop to find a download link for the free sample chapter.
Another way to boost your progress with Italian is to read/listen to a simplified Italian audio-book. You’ll find them in our ‘negozio online’ at levels A1/A2, A2/B1 & B1/B2.

Thanks Daniel, I have to confess I did this one back to front and read the transcript first as I had no idea what a demonstrative pronoun was, in Italian or English. Luckily the reality is not at all scary and I had come across the construct before. I think I would have found the listening alone a bit tricky if I hadn’t read the script first. I am learning English grammar as well!

I didn’t know what they were either, Karen. Italian teachers do love jargon, don’t they?
