Let’s go to the circus, it’s been years since I’ve been!
The last time was in Newquay, Cornwall. My dad paid for us to take the kids. It was raining, as I remember, but we had a great time anyway…
But this is an Italian circus, so sure to be superior (if a little mysterious…)
Our new e-book easy reader is Mistero al Circo Garotti.
The Circo Garotti is the most famous circus in Italy. But lately its owner, Alvise, has been troubled by the disappearance of some of the circus’s performing animals… Can Alvise find out the truth behind these mysterious events?

Advert over, I have another three ‘refurbished’ Italian grammar exercises for you.
Today’s theme is verbs: irregular, reflexive, and a comparison of some basic present and past tenses.
The level is A1 (elementary) to A2 (pre-intermediate).
I tried them myself and it was good revision, so basically this stuff should be good for anyone.
As before, next to the exercise links you’ll see my ideas about which of the Free Italian Grammar Lessons in our series they might relate to.
Of course, your feedback is welcome. If you agree/disagree, drop me a line – the e-mail address is at the bottom of every page on our site – or just reply to any e-mail you get from the club.
Here are those exercises – have fun (but don’t forget Mistero al Circo Garotti!)

- Reflexive Verbs (Lesson 11?)
- Present, Past And Imperfect Tenses (Lesson 16?)
