Marion Porreca says
where do I find the password which the last screen said you would send me?
how do I change it for one that I can easily remember?
Grazie.
Daniel says
Hi Marion and Eileen,
Sorry you didn’t get your password straight away. If it still hasn’t arrived by the time you read this, just write to the e-mail address at the bottom of this page and I will process your passwords personally. OK?
To change the password, you need to log in first, then click on your name (top left of the page in the grey bar) and choose “Edit profile”.
Hope that helps!!

I need some help finding a good place to start learning Italian! I have very little knowledge of the language but do have good experience with spanish…any ideas?
Daniel says
Hi Laura,
Welcome to the club. Get on over to the forum to ask your question (link at the top of the page, you need to be signed in). Some of the students might recommend our sponsor school (see right) as a good place to start, but surely it’s not your only option, so asking the other learners in the forum would be a good idea!

Hi Laura,
why don’t you download the first e-book that you’ll find on this website? It’s called NON FARE L’ASINO CHE L’ERBA COSTA (an Italian proverb) and it’s meant for beginners who wants to get to know some Italian.
Let me know if you use it!
Ciao ciao e buona fortuna!

Learning Spanish with some Italian has been an interesting exercise for me. I think you will find the grammar very similar and there are a lot of cross-overs in vocabulary. However, pronunciation is different and a significant issue when listening or when speaking. Still, Spanish and Italian have more in common than Spanish and other romance languages. Also, the Neopolitan dialect is Spanish based e.g tengo for I have. Good luck

Sir ,
would you please stop unsubscribing us!! This is the second time you are cleaning the list. People who do not wish to get your e-mails know for sure how to use the unsubscribe button! 🙂
I like your web page, the team of pple that made e-books did a great job.
Though,I would like to see some more vocabulary,or short stories, and reccommendation for reading – books for all levels so that everyone can work on their vocab.
Best regards,
Cathy

Hi Cathy,
Not to worry. I haven’t deleted anyone from the “official” mailing list. We have simply changed the way the site operates so that everyone can access the free material without hassle.
And thanks for the feedback about the ebooks and your preferences. That’s very helpful.
A presto!
