Ciao a tutti!
A quick “heads up” for a few things that are going on that you may be interested in….
1. Don’t forget, the launch offer on our newest e-book “Italian Workout! A2” finishes, today, I think (the time zones complicate things..) So, last chance to get this e-book/audio package for €9.99, instead of the usual €19.99. You’ll find it in our Shop, along with details of the free download and the 60-day money back offer.
2. Second thing: our sponsor school is running an interesting series of articles about “Italian Study Vacations”. If you’re on their mailing list too, you’ll have already seen it, plus the 20% Summer Offer they are publicising. To read the articles, click here. To find out about the money-saving offer, click here.
Commercial break over…. which brings me to:
3. Our first job vacancy!
You may have noticed that we’ve been getting a lot of spam comments in our “Forums” lately… It’s an irritation that websites like ours just have to put up with. However, I’ve had someone helping me out who has now quit because of time pressures, so I’d be interested to hear from any OnlineItalianClub.com member who’d be interested in lending a hand!
Duties would involve keeping an eye on the forums, deleting spammers, suggesting improvements, and generally helping out. Very much part-time, say an hour a day, or less.
Think of it as a sort of internship that would allow you to learn new skills and open new horizons, with the potential for payment later on if you turned out to be indispensible and saved me a lot of work!
Obviously, you’d be passionate about learning Italian and able to write in English. Other than that I have no preconceptions about age, nationality or whatever. Don’t care who or where you are, as long as you’re enthusiastic and able to learn new skills with the minimum of fuss.
Applications by e-mail, please. But if you want to ask a question, leave a comment on this post. That way I only have to answer once, and everyone can see it.

Dear Sir,
I am interested in applying for your job offer. Could you please post the e-mail address where I can send my CV? Also, I would like to know what is the trial period?
Best regards,
Keti

P>S. In addition, could you write explicitly tell me what are the duties, and are there any additional duties besides the above mentioned one’s?

There’s an e-mail at the bottom of the page… The trial period is permanent, on both sides! And no, sorry, I can’t be more specific about the duties as it depends on what needs doing and what the interests and abilities of the available volunteers are.
Many thanks to Laura (America), Charie (Philippines) and Jerome (Ireland) for contacting me about this. It’s great to hear from you and I’ll be getting back to you all in a day or two….
