Penultimate ‘Italian Conversation’ & ‘Book of the Week’ reminder

February 19, 2016 by Daniel

Today we have the penultimate in our ‘Italian Conversations‘ series of Italian dialogues with transcripts.

I’ll send you the final link on Monday, to complete the series. Hopefully by then your Italian listening skills will be just a little better than when we began the series, way back in October!

The new dialogue is no. 59, In viaggio, Un giro per la città – we’re taking a tour of Florence, so join our guide and her client for a ‘giro’ of this famous city. See how much of their conversation you’ll manage to understand!

Or find this dialogue, along with the previous fifty-eight, on our Italian Conversations homepage.

Buon ascolto!

Last few days of the ‘Book of the Week’ offer!

Don’t forget that this week we have our re-telling of the Oscar-winning film ‘La dolce vita‘ on offer at just €4.99 (a 50% discount on the usual easy reader price of €9.99!)Easy Italian Readers: La dolce vita

  • download the free sample chapter (.pdf) so you can see the format and level of the text
  • then, if you like the sample, buy the full version (8 chapters to read and listen to) from our online shop
  • or browse other e-books for learning Italian that might be more suitable for your level

The ‘Book of the Week’ offer on ‘La dolce vita‘ ends on Sunday night.

Many thanks to everyone who has already bought a copy. We really appreciate your support, and hope you’re finding the material valuable.

But I have another ask: if you liked ‘La dolce vita‘, or even if you didn’t, would you please help us out by leaving a review?

We’ve sold lots of copies, but haven’t collected any reviews yet – I’m not sure if that’s a bad sign, or whether it’s just because I forgot to mention it before!

It only takes a minute to add a review. You’ll be asked to give a star-rating (from one star to five) and will also get the opportunity to leave a comment on what you liked or didn’t.

Your feedback would be really useful, as it helps us know what we need to improve in future.

Plus, it’s a guide for your fellow club members regarding what’s worth buying and what isn’t!

Leave your review by visiting this page and looking for the ‘Reviews’ tab. You can do the same for other e-books by visiting our online shop and seeking out the ‘product page’ for the book you purchased.

P.S.

On Monday, along with the final ‘Italian Conversation’, we’ll be publishing a new Fellini film Italian easy reader: Amarcord!
