Today we’re excited to be publishing a completely new and original Italian easy reader: ‘Correre a tempo‘.
Who’s this ‘we’, you might ask?
Most of the credit goes to Enrico Maso, Italian teacher and author of ‘La montagna‘, ‘Cielo libero‘ and ‘Ciak si gira‘.
Natalia Patruno is OnlineItalianClub.com’s part-time editor and was responsible for all stages from agreeing the original idea to the final production of the ebook.
The story is read by Stefania Zamagni, of Madrelingua Italian language school in Bologna, so many thanks also to her.
And I chose the picture on the cover (Natalia HATES doing that, as we never seem to agree…), plus as the only non-Italian, tested the finished e-book!
So, what’s ‘Correre a tempo‘ all about?
Piero has just reached the milestone that is his thirtieth birthday! To prove to himself and his friends that his life is not yet over, he decides to run a marathon. But preparing for this challenge changes him in more ways than he imagines…
For this week only, ‘Correre a tempo‘ is on offer at just €7.50 instead of the usual €9.99:

Today’s free Italian exercise
… is on the ‘congiuntivo’ again!
It’s the penultimate in the series of B2 (upper-intermediate) grammar exercises, with the final one to come on Wednesday.
I think it was Nina who wrote to me on Friday to ask if she could have an exercise in which you need to choose whether to use the congiuntivo or not.
Certo!

More on Wednesday, have a good week!
