Just a quickie today.
I’ve been busy writing a post for our Italian school about a classic Bolognese dish (check out the article here).
While doing the research, I came across a profusion of cooking websites which all seem to feature “how to” videos, along with the recipes (and lots and lots of adverts…)
But what better way to improve your listening in Italian than by watching cooking videos? And you’ll also get some great ideas for dinner tonight!
Find suitable websites by visiting google.it and searching for “ricette” or similar.
There are plenty of sites to choose from.
http://www.giallozafferano.it/ even has a forum, where you could practise your writing and reading by interacting with Italian cooking enthusiasts….
Today’s homework is to write a recipe (in Italian). It doesn’t have to be an Italian dish, Russian (Sergey) or English (John) specialities are quite acceptable, as long as the recipe itself is in Italian.
Go here to write your homework (leave a comment). I look forward to reading them.
