il giovedì – Thursday
il venerdì – Friday
il sabato – Saturday
la domenica – Sunday

    Question, I’m used to seeing the “i’s” for Monday through Friday accented. Is it necessary? I’m a perfectionist when it comes down to learning 😉 please let me know how important the accent marks are and where we can and cannot disregard them.

      There should be accents, Nazanin. But lots of people don’t bother. See the discussion here.
