Buondì.
As mentioned last Wednesday, this week there’s a Free Trial Online Lesson Offer to take advantage of, if you haven’t done so previously.
NativeSpeakerTeachers.com offers one-to-one lessons online in various languages. Their students can try just the one lesson, to see if they like it, and/or purchase five, ten, twenty or thirty lessons at a time, with greater discounts for quantity.
Buying just the one lesson at a time is normally the most costly option, for obvious reasons, and there isn’t normally a ‘free trial’ option.
But twice a year, in November and February, they run a promotion. The minimum one lesson option, normally priced at £22 for thirty minutes, is reduced to £0.00 in their shop.
For example: 30-minute online one-to-one Italian lesson via Skype or Zoom
What that means is that, if you’d like to try an online lesson with a native-speaker Italian teacher, you can. Or another language if you prefer (but just one free trial per person…)
Italian | Spanish | French | German
Use the ‘add to cart’ button to add the free 30-minute lesson to your cart.
Then proceed in the usual online-shopping way, except for the fact that, because it’s FREE, no payment details are required.
There’s nothing to sign, no obligation to buy more, and no requirement to cancel within a certain number of days or a payment is taken from your card.
It’s a genuinely-free, free trial offer.
Complete your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email from the NativeSpeakerTeachers.com shop software (if you don’t see it immediately, please check your spam/junk folder…)
NativeSpeakerTeachers.com will get an ‘order received’ notification with your details. That will be forwarded to their teaching management team, who will then contact you via email to ask when you want to do your lesson, what your needs are, what your exisiting level is, and so on.
Please allow a few hours for that to happen as that part is not automated. But if you don’t see that email within a day or so, check your spam/junk folder, then write to them at the address on their website (or reply to the ‘order received’ email you are sent by the shop software.)
One of the teaching management team’s jobs is to assign you to one of their teachers. In part they’ll make that decision based on your answers to their questions, in particular when you want to study. Please be as flexible as you can about that, especially if you live in a ‘difficult’ time zone (Australasia, the west coast of the USA, etc.)
The teaching management team is also your contact point if there’s anything you need help with. For example, if you don’t manage to organise a day/time for your lesson, or if there’s anything you’re not happy with once you’ve done it. Whatever the issue is, the solution is to contact the teaching management team!

P.S.
Don’t forget to read/listen to Saturday’s bulletin of ‘easy’ Italian news, will you?
Improved comprehension skills make other aspects of language learning (grammar, vocabulary, speaking etc.) easier.
The more you read and listen, the more you learn! And anyway, it’s FREE.
