Here’s the first of our new series of free A1 (beginner/elementary) Italian listening comprehension exercises.
You get a listening track, a comprehension task, and the text so you can check your answers.
Obviously it’s not a good idea to read the transcript until AFTER you’ve had a go at completing the task.
Be patient. Try it a few times without the text before scrolling down the page…
Go here to start working on your Italian listening skills.
There are 7 more to come in this new series.
As usual, I’ll be posting them each Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
P.S.
Also today, we’ve published our new simplified ‘book of the film’ Italian reader, Il sorpasso.
It’s an A2 level, so not perfect for total beginners but OK for anyone who has more than a rudimentary knowledge of Italian…
Get it from our shop at a 25% discount any time this week. From next Monday on, the price reverts to the usual €9.99 (still a bargain!)
But wait… What about the usual sample chapter?
You’ll want to take a look at the level first, right?.
And the sample chapter also contains a link to the entire audio, available free online.
So you can keep working on your Italian listening skills!
Here’s the link to get chapter 1 for free:
(To download the sample chapter onto your computer, you’ll probably have to right click and choose ‘save linked content as’, or something like that!)
Like it? Great!
