Buondì.
Gotta keep this short, as I have an online Swedish lesson in less than an hour and I HAVEN’T DONE MY HOMEWORK.
Che vergogna!
So, today’s ‘tidied up’ page from the vocabulary section of the club website has words for describing Italy’s geography, plus an exercise, which I haven’t tried myself but which looks quite useful.
Poi, since the January Sale ended on Sunday, this week I’ve been working hard on closing down the ‘old shop’.
When you’re using the club website, you’ll now see that the ‘shop’ link in the menu directs you to the ‘new’ shop, which is better-designed, has better payment options, and importantly, allows us to market lessons and materials also for other languages, not just Italian.
The ‘old’ shop still exists. But, as I get time, I’m marking the things in it ‘out of stock’, adding links to the same items in the ‘new’ shop, transfering reviews from the ‘old’ shop to the ‘new’ shop, deleting them from the ‘old’ shop, and so on. It’s a lot of work for what is, in theory, a hobby!
Once that’s all done, the shell of the ‘old’ shop will be left in place for a while, until Google catches on that our popular ebooks and online lessons have moved to a new home, at which point I’ll delete it and slap my hands together in a satisfied way for a job well done!
Beh, you probably didn’t want to know any of that, but that’s what I’ve been busy doing.
And that’ll be my excuse for not having done my Swedish homework.
