I won’t translate them… you can work out the meanings for yourselves!
Note that ordinal numbers are NOT used for dates in Italian, unlike in English. My birthday is the fourth of April in English, but in Italian it would be “four April”.

From 11 onward, ordinal numbers are formed by dropping the final vowel of the number and adding the suffix -esimo, as in the examples below:
undici —> undicesimo
dodici —> dodicesimo
tredici —> tredicesimo
venti —> ventesimo
ventisette —> ventisettesimo
cento —> centesimo
642º —> seicentoquarantaduesimo
mille —> millesimo
3450º —> tremilaquattrocentocinquantesimo
