Day Five of the Autumn/Fall Sale, which has been a lot of work so far!
So today, a short article about our Autumn/Fall Sale bestsellers, so you’ll know what other club members are buying before the promotion ends on Sunday night (at which point it’ll be too late…)
As with every sale we do, the 10 x 30-minute pack of Online Italian lessons is our top seller. Ten 30-minute lessons with an expert teacher for £150 is a good deal already, and it gets to be even better value if you remember to use the coupon code to reduce the price to £120!
So far this week we’ve sold 91 of these 10 x 30-minute lesson packs, which is slightly more than during the ‘Summer Sale’ in July.
If you’re one of our regular students, and haven’t already done so, do make sure to stock up on lesson credits before midnight on Sunday. The next sale won’t be until the end of December, approximately three months from now!

What else?
I should mention CUSTOMER SERVICE briefly.
As I explained on Monday, there’s a glitch between our system and the ‘Pay with Amazon’ service. Sometimes it works just fine, but on other occasions there are multiple payment authorisations generated.
The emails Amazon’s system sends out make it look as if you’ll be charged twice, and quite a number of people have got on to Amazon’s helpline (hah! ‘Help’line?) hoping to sort it out.
Their people just pass it straight on to me with the plea that I should sort it out.
In fact, though, apart from Amazon’s misleading emails, THERE IS NO PROBLEM! No one is ever charged twice, our system cannot process two payments for the same order, and anyway, I have learnt (from bitter experience) to carefully check each order, verifying that the correct payment has been received, not too little, but absolutely not too much!
So, if there’s something that makes you anxious and you enjoy banging your head against a wall, do email Amazon, just to be on the safe side.
Otherwise, write to me directly and I will a.) sort it out and/or b.) reassure you.
Don’t just sit there getting frustrated.
