20. Problemi, Chiedere aiuto
Lukas: Buongiorno signora, mi scusi, può aiutarmi?
Signora: Sì mi dica.
Lukas: Salve mi chiamo Lukas, sono uno studente tedesco in vacanza in Italia. Mi sono perso. Devo raggiungere la piazza dove si trovano i miei amici, ma ho sbagliato strada.
Signora: In che piazza deve andare?
Lukas: Non ricordo bene. Vorrei chiamarli, ma il telefono si è scaricato e si è spento.
Signora: Puoi usare il mio telefono.
Lukas: Davvero? Grazie, lei è molto gentile.
Signora: Si figuri.

Carla: Buongiorno. Scusi ma la mia amica non si sente bene! Qualcuno può chiamare un medico?
Barista: Che cos’ha?
Carla: E’ svenuta, adesso si è un po’ ripresa, ma è ancora debole.
Barista: Portale questo bicchiere d’acqua e poi accompagnala qui. Io chiamo l’ambulanza.
Carla: Grazie, vado subito.
